The "Ministère du Développement économique, de l'Innovation et de l'Exportation " (MDEIE) and the "Digital Content Association of Japan" (DCAJ) invite students, hobbyists, and professionals from Quebec to participate in the "Digital Creators Competition 2009".

The goal of this competition is to foster Digital Animation in Quebec and promote Quebec's talents around the world, especially in Korea, Taiwan and Japan.
