Continually raising the bar in terms of technical ability and level of ambition, studios, researchers, artists, students and other animation fanatics have contributed another year's worth of their most impressive accomplishments.
Montreal ACM SIGGRAPH continues its 2008-2009 season with the
legendary Electronic Theatre event. Starting with the cream of
animation shorts submitted from all around the world, a jury composed
of the animation elite has selected the best to bring them together on
the silver screen of the SIGGRAPH 2008 Electronic Theatre. More than 20
animations, from the dramatic to the amusing (ridiculous?), will amaze
you with their content, their level of technical skill and their
ground-breaking artistic vision.
In keeping with Montreal ACM SIGGRAPH's tradition, our red & white-striped popcorn man will be back as usual to ensure the experience is complete and multi-sensory!

Take advantage of this unique annual gathering to celebrate the latest and greatest with the rest of the Montreal computer graphics community.
