Come to SIGGRAPH-in-the-Park 2009 and witness the best creations from the  Computer Animation Festival, an international competition featuring the best in computer animation videos and special effects.

You'll see the best in computer-generated animation from medical imaging, real time simulation, computer games, music and much more. All videos have been carefully selected by a jury of experts at the Computer animation Festival under the watchful eyes of the SIGGRAPH crowd.

For the first time, the event will have a section entirely dedicated to real-time computer animation, a testimonial of the latest advances in technology that enable games and interactive simulations to compete with the best images from cinema.

Come and see what the best have to show you this year. You will be amazed by the artistic talent and technology prowess of their creations.

On August 21 2009, 8pm, bring your chair to the Parc de la Paix besides the SAT, 1195 Boulevard Saint-Laurent.  Should there be rain, not to worry, the event will take place in the café of the SAT.
