This form applies to existing members only. To become a chapter member, please visit the new chapter members registration page.

Regular Members Renew your regular membership for only $25 CAD!
Click on the PayPal button to renew your regular chapter membership. You may use you PayPal account or your favorite credit card.
Student Members Renew your student membership for only $15 CAD!
Click on the PayPal button to renew your student chapter membership. You may use you PayPal account or your favorite credit card.
Have your student ID and the name of your educational institution ready, you will need this in the registration process.
If you are no longer studying, it is now time to renew as a regular member!
